Visual Tank Inspection Training

One of the full range of courses offered at Sea Experience includes the PSI-PCI Training.  The Professional Scuba Inspectors (PSI) / Professional Cylinder Inspectors (PCI) courses are the industry leader in scuba cylinder inspection certification and training and are conducted in-house by Course Director, Genevieve Sparg.  The program includes the updated information that certifies participants in new and revised 2015 Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and practices.  Additionally, the visual inspector courses exceed the training standards for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Compressed Gas Association (CGA), and Transport Canada (TC). It meets compliance requirements for U.S. Hazardous Materials Training (high-pressure air and other gases are classified as hazardous materials) required of all employees exposed to the potential hazards of pressurized air.

Another consideration is that recurrent training must be completed at least once every three years to be in compliance for Hazmat handling. If you are currently PSI-PCI certified, check your training certificates for the valid through date.  Sea Experience will conduct a “Refresher” program of the course.  It is the full course at a reduced alumni rate.
