Stellar day today diving off the SEAXP II!

Wow what an amazing day! It started out cloudy but as we rode out of the intercoatal the sun started shinning through. You could see all the way to the bottom of the ocean when it was 70 feet deep. It was just another day of diving but it felt like a stingray kind of day, and I was right. Twenty minutes into the dive, a 5 foot Southern Stingray followed by a large Cobia swam past us at the Peter McAllister. On our second dive large lobsters walked around the reef with not a worry in the world. Then…. came the most exciting moment. After the second dive, we saw a large pod of dolphins. We were all excited since this is a rare occurance. However what was in store for us we could have never imagined. We jumped in the water expecting them to all swim away… but they didn’t. For a moment they started to swim away but then they relaxed and swam around us as we filmed them and marveled at them. I have to say this was one of the best days I’ve had out here.
