04 May Sea Experience earns the PADI Career Development Center Rating!

We are proud to announce that PADI has awarded us with the Career Development Center rating!  This award is given to PADI 5 Star IDCs that conduct additional instructor-level training and meet requirements for assisting dive leaders in reaching their professional goals.
What does this mean to our Instructor Candidates?  Now, in addtition to being certified at least six months, the candidate only needs 60 dives to attend the IDC and IE.  When proof of 100 dives (and all other passing and insurance requirements have been met) is submitted to PADI, they will then process the Instructor certification.
