18 Dec RAH Scholarship Winner earns PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Certification!

Martin Bremer, the 2013 Richard A. Hartley Memorial Scholarship winner, earned his PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification on November 25th!  Martin is a Graduate Assistant in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies department of FSU in Tallahassee Florida.  For Martin’s full bio, click HERE.
Sea Experience awards one candidate per year the full Phase II Program including tuition for the Instructor Development Course and the Emergency First Responder Instructor  course.  E-Learning fees, materials and application fees are also included. We extend our congratulations to Martin on his certification and best wishes for the future as a PADI Instructor!
