PHASE 2: PROFESSIONAL DIVEMASTER
This program takes advanced open water divers from to PADI Divemaster and encompasses all courses required to enter a PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC), plus optional but highly recommended career enhancement courses. Phase I can be entered at any level once meeting the entry requirements.

PHASE 3: OPEN WATER SCUBA INSTRUCTOR
The objective of Sea Experience Career Development Center’s all-inclusive Phase 3 Program, is to take a certified PADI Divemaster (or equivalent rating) and elevate your training and scuba diving skills to the PADI Instructor level. This program puts you on a direct path to working in the diving industry as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
